Shenandoah Estates is one of the larger Baton
Rouge communities. Sometimes it is seen as something of a city itself,
indside Baton Rouge. Shenandoah Estates is marked by increasing real estate
values as newer homes are built alongside the older, mostly well-kept, homes
that have given the neighborhood its value.

Shenandoah Estates is
located conveniently, with access to Baton Rouge shopping and entertainment via
I-12. Over the last 30 years, Baton Rouge real estate values in this area have
been a staple, and even since Hurricane Katrina the home values in Shenandoah
Estates have increased.
