Plans for New Baton Rouge Real Estate Development Go Before Planning and Zoning Commission on Monday

Mixed-use site offers expansion of Baton Rouge real estate

On Monday, the latest in a string of Baton Rouge real estate development sites will be presented to the Planning and Zoning Commission. The Advocate reports on what the new Baton Rouge real estate development, called Rouzan, will include:

A public library, a church, retail, office space and schools are part of developer Tommy Spinosa’s plans for Rouzan, a 119-acre mixed-use development that would be built at the former Ford Pasture on Perkins Road near Southdowns.

This development is known as a “traditional neighborhood” and will include everything that one needs in one community. Rouzan is just one of several other such Baton Rouge real estate development projects that promise to provide community living.
