Baton Rouge real estate development continues as preparations for the opening of The Boulevard move forward. The Boulevard is located off Bluebonnet, and is part of the Mall of Louisiana, offering an outdoor promenade.

The latest announcement in this Baton Rouge real estate development is that Borders will set up shop at The Boulevard, contributing a 25,000 square foot bookstore. The Advocate reports on one of the most ambitious projects in Baton Rouge real estate:

Set to open in March, The Boulevard also will include a Pottery Barn; apparel and accessories retailer G by Guess; make up and skin care store Sephora; Ann Taylor and Ann Taylor Loft; Chico’s and Soma; Coach; a Bravo restaurant; and B.J.’s Restaurant and Brewhouse.
