Louisiana looks to bring more movies to the Baton Rouge community
Louisiana is looking to bring more filmmakers to local real estate, hoping that increased economic growth will give the state a boost. Officials from all over the state, including in the Baton Rouge community, pooled resource to send Louisiana Lagniappe to the 2007 American Film Market in California.
The Advocate reports that a great deal of buzz about Louisiana has been created in the film industry, and that officials are hopeful that more movies can be filmed in Baton Rouge and all over the state.
