Baton Rouge Real Estate News: Theater in the Kress/Welsh & Levy/Knox Building?
Cyntreniks Group mulls the thought of building a 75-seat theater on Baton Rouge real estate
Baton Rouge commercial real estate could see more growth at the Kress at Third & Main project with the addition of a 75-seat theater. The Advocate reports that Cyntreniks Group is considering building the theater to cater to an audience interested in foreign films and documentaries. The theater would include a bar, and also be available for corporate training and other events.
In addition to the theater, the second floor of the Kress/Welsh & Levy/Knox building could serve as an editing facitlity for a film production company.
