Ron Paul is hoping to drum up support for his campaign in tomorrow’s Louisiana Caucuses. The Advocate reports on the process of choosing delegates for the Republican nominating convention:

Louisiana Republicans vote  Tuesday at 11 caucus sites statewide to
pick delegates and alternate delegates to the 2008 Louisiana Republican
Convention. The Feb. 16 state convention in the Old State Capitol will
then choose the bulk of Louisiana’s 47 delegates and 44 alternates to
the 2008 Republican National Convention in Minneapolis.
