Every Saturday at the Main Street Market  the Fresh from the Market cooking show occurs, showcasing local chefs and gourmands from around Louisiana. On the first and third Saturday of every month local musicians from the Lagniappe Dulcimers Society provide acoustic music for Market shoppers. On the second and fourth Saturday of every month the Bluegrass Jam plays for Market shoppers.
