The ninth annual Laurel Street Lollapalooza is a Mardi Gras style party titled “Fête des Artistes” and proceeds will benefit the Arts Council of Greater Baton Rouge. The Arts Council of Greater Baton Rouge provides art education programming in schools as well as art education through the Community School for the Arts. The Arts Council is a great asset to Baton Rouge and is a huge supporter of the arts and artists throughout Baton Rouge. “Fête des Artistes” will have fun live music, a silent auction, fantastic food and cocktails. The Laurel Street Lollapalooza will take place on Laurel Street between 4th and 5th Streets and at the Arts Council location at 427 Laurel Street, from 5:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. For tickets and more information call (225) 344-8558.
